PAYMENT POLICY

We prefer PayPal transactions. Talk to us if you would like to pay by a card or bank transfer. We will email you all the necessary payment details after discussing the design, price and shipping. 

RETURN POLICY

All our instruments are fully handmade.  You will be kept up to date with the making of your instruments, which will be then shipped to you if you are happy with the final result. We do not accept returns unless the instrument was not received in its original condition. We do not grant refunds for canceled orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your instruments will be shipped to you by registered post and tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
